On February 20th our club welcomed Dmitry Sergienkov, CEO of Headhunter Group.
Dmitry has set the vector for HeadHunter’s development as a technology driven product company and is transforming Russia’s leading job board into an ecosystem of products Headhunter Group. Dmitry led the IPO on NASDAQ in 2019 and the redomiciliation in 2024. He joined HeadHunter from JP Morgan Chase, where he was Vice-President covering telecom, media and technology companies in the EMEA region.
We discussed the trends of the Russian and global labor market, the future of work, as well as Dmitry’s approach to managing a rapidly growing and constantly changing organization. The meeting was well attended by the club members and everybody appreciated Dmitriy's deep insights into the issues.
